Our driving force is to help as many people as possible experience safe, empowering, and positive births.
We support families throughout the entire journey, from pregnancy to birth and postpartum, based on their unique circumstances and wishes.
Our main services include doula support during birth in Stockholm, as well as antenatal classes both individually and in groups in Stockholm or digitally.
Our work is always based on warm and empathetic support, where your experience and sense of security are central.
Hanna Pauses
My name is Hanna and I run Doulabyn. I have been working as a doula for 5 years and live on Ekerö outside Stockholm with my family.
My path to becoming a doula began during my own pregnancy. I read every book I could get my hands on, and it sparked a strong fascination for childbirth. This led me to train as a doula in 2021 through the "Birth with Body and Soul" course.
I am continuously developing my skills, but the most significant knowledge has come from supporting families throughout the entire process and witnessing women's incredible inherent ability.
For me, it is important to contribute to an atmosphere that is as safe and permissive as possible, where you can feel that everything is allowed, follow what feels right, and feel completely supported and accepted in it.
A network of doulas
We always work in pairs for each birth, with a primary doula and a backup doula.
If we are unable to accept you as clients, we can help you get in touch with a doula who suits your needs.
