Private prophylaxis course
Giving birth and supporting
Giving birth is a physically and psychologically transformative experience. With preparation and concrete tools, it is easier to meet the intensity.
As a support person, it is also common to feel anxious about not being enough or not knowing what to do to truly support and assist the person giving birth.
In such cases, it can be comforting to receive concrete tools and the opportunity to practice together before the time comes.
A common misconception is that prophylaxis means a certain way of breathing, but the word prophylaxis means preparation for something.
